Vyapari Khata is a modern digital khata and bookkeeping platform built by 4Born Solutions to help small businesses, shops, and traders manage accounts easily just like popular khatabook apps. This web application and companion dashboard combine simple accounting, staff management, attendance tracking, and SMS reminders into one friendly system.

Dual User Roles (Owner & Staff)

Owners and staff have separate dashboards. Owners manage accounts, staff, and branches; staff get only needed permissions.

Easy Give & Get Ledger (Credit / Debit)

Simple screens to record credit (give) and debit (got) entries, create receipts, and view outstanding balances.
