5. Payments & Subscription Policy

All payments made to 4Born Solutions are subject to the terms below:

  • Subscription and one-time services must be paid in full before access is granted.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
  • Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received on time.
  • For failed transactions or technical errors, users must contact support within 48 hours.

By making a purchase or subscribing to any 4Born service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • 4Born Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the previous 3 months.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you've violated our Terms or misused our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
